COO KADIN or COO form B

Hi there,
I would like to send Wood sample via DHL to Shanghai, but can only provide COO KADIN instead of COO form B which is used to be used in import.
Can China custom accept COO KADIN? I really need help in this.

Dear Oybek,
Could you answer the following question:
1) where will you send the sample from?
2) where is your company based?
3) Where is Kadin? Is this a country?
COO is related with import duty, as from different origin, the import duty vary dramatically.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
1,2. Our company factory is based in Indonesia. These samples come from there as well.
3. KADIN is a legal Trade Institution formed by Indonesian Government. This institution is regulated in Indonesian Government Regulation.
The sample is S4S (block) Teak.
