Our company has signed the Sales Purchase Contract for supplying the tantalum bars 99.95% from China.
Please can you advice us if the any restriction for tantalum exportattion from P.R.C.?

The only code I have is 810320 for tantalum bars.

I checked the system of China Customs, based on your description, I assume the correct HS code is 8103209000.

The required documents or certificate for export/import:
Export license (this is different with the import and export license each supplier has, it is an export permit that supplier need to apply with the government)
Clearance Notification for Environmental Management on Import/Export of Toxic Chemicals
Certificate of origin
