Due Diligence Service

To do business in China, reliable and actionable on-the-ground information is critical. We are surprisingly to know that many buyers don’t do due diligence or don’t know how to do due diligence with Chinese suppliers, which in many cases, leads to sad results.

Our Due Diligence Service Includes:
1) Company Registration Report
2) Credit Report
3) Onsite Verification Report

Registration report and credit report are used to investigate the background information about Chinese company by acquiring registration, legal, finance and other information through Administration of Industry and Commerce, the government body that is in charge of company formation in China.

Onsite verifciation report is more for verifying chinese suppliers, by visiting the factory address, evaluating their production facility, management, equipments, certificate and licenses, it will help the overseas buyers to decide whether the suppliers are real factory, trading company, a shell company or a fake company, whether they can deliver the order the buyer is going to place.

      Dear John,

Thank you for your interest in our credit report.

The company looks like a Hongkong company judging from the name.

The source of credit report data supplier(Administration of Industry and Commerce, the government department that is in charge of company formation and yearly filing in China) didn’t sell the data of finance and shareholder information, so those datas will not be provided in the report any more.

Please confirm you still need the credit report.

      Best regards,
      Steven Chow
