I want to ask you , relating to the coo third party invoicing E form. We buy the stuffs from China, but I will sell those stuffs to another country. For the shipper name in BL, should it use our factory’s name or the name of China’s factory?

and I also had sent an email regarding my question to info@chinaimportexport.org

RECENTLY I JOINED A EXPORT COMPANY WHENEVER I TRIED TO FILL ONLINE GSP FORM A FOR AUSTRALIA
IT’S DOES NOT ACCEPT FORM A AND ALWAYS SHOWS A SERVER 500 ERROR.
CAN ANYBODY HERE TELL ME , WHAT KIND OF PROBLEM IS THIS.

Hi,

My question is we have imported polymers from china and have received all important docs with it from the exporter. But here in India we are not getting the excise benefit just because our Certificate of origin is not in yellow colour. Is yellow colour mandatory? our is a light pink coloured.

our customer would like to export to vietam and malayisa, he wanted to take GSP certificates for the same…. earlier japan need the COO form A am i right?
pls advise…..

hi, i shipped a product to china from Singapore but the country of origin is USA. customer request me to provide them the form A after good shipped to them. i tried to ask many related parties that they don’t know about form a. is it still can provide China customer form A after shipment already ship and Country of origin is USA?

Hi,

I am importing some small items from China to Bahrain.
The item doesn’t have MADE IN CHINA written on it. so whenever my shipment comes
custom people ask for Certificate of Origin or Else i have to pay a heavy amount to clear
the goods. could you please guide me how to get the Certificate.
